I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this elsewhere beyond a patch note, but the auction house GUI is going to include an option for sorting by total block %. Previously you could only search by total block amount, which didn't help much when block % is just as important if not more.
If you have the patience to find good shields with both stats and high block %, then doing so prior to the patch could be a real money maker for you.
In fact, the first thing I'm going to do when I log in after this patch is buy high block % shields like the storm shield. Except this time I won't have to sort through pages of garbage to find them.

Too bad shields are useless because no builds use them. There are plenty of stormshields with max block that are going for brimstone everytime I check.
